The Modesto Cambodian Buddhist Society would like to warmly invite you to join us for this annual fundraiser to benefit the temple at our community.
The fundraising event is scheduled to be held on the following date:
Friday February 21, 2025
4:00 PM Welcome all guests and Opening Ceremony by Ajar.
Salutation to the Buddha, Listen to monks chanting.
Saturday February 22, 2025
9:00 AM Donations are gratefully accepted.
Food offering to the monks (Ben Bart).
Pka Prak Observation and Buddha blessing Ceremony.
Dharma talk.
11:30 AM Lunch served to all guests/Special Announcement.
12:30 PM Pka Prak Parade (accompany by Chai Yam).
All participants will be blessed by monks and Ajar.
Appreciation speech by Ajar or President of MCBS.
